We had two baptisms today. Praise the Lord. There is great deal of rejoicing here at YIBC (Yokohama International Baptist Church) because of what God has been doing in the hearts of the Japanese. However today two American women were baptized and it was a very special event. After church Joe and I were invited to celebrate the baptisms with a big group from the church, it was awesome. Since YIBC is an international church there are obviously people here from all over the world so when you get together with people from all over the world for a meal they all bring food that is native to their home country. So today for lunch joe and i had homemade pizza, seviche made with california avocados and jumbo shrimp, bratwurst’s, freshly made pita chips, apple pie made from scratch and chocolate chip cookies. I cant wait till next sunday.
