Sunday Update:

We had a wonderful Sunday.  We woke up to the rain this morning and thought we would be in for a slow Sunday, however people still came and filled the church today.  Joe and i lead the youth group this morning and had a great time. We had six kids last sunday and nine today so we were very excited to learn some new names and see some new faces. The youth Sunday school class is run identically to youth sunday school at Fellowship In The Pass which makes it very easy for Joe and I to participate. We were able to join the Philippino group for lunch and it was a great time to meet some new people and gain a little more perspective on their culture and their relationship to Japan, it is this type of interaction that will make our trip to Japan sucessful.  You see we as Christians need to be able to relate to not only the Japanese here in Japan but also every other people group that is represented. that is a little bit of how God is working and what he has been doing in our ministry so far please if you have not recieved an email update from me send me your email address to curtisgoestojapan@gmail.com.
